Why I’m So Passionate About Menopause Health
Having personally faced a significant hormonal imbalance with menopause-like effects, I understand the challenges this phase can bring. As a Fitness Instructor and Health Coach, I felt inspired to deepen my knowledge to better support women facing similar changes.
